New kitchen with dishwasher, two ovens, microwave, kettle, toaster, ninja foodi and breakfast bar. French doors out on to an enclosed garden with patio and outdoor seating/dining area along with a BBQ and pizza oven. I have a garage available for storage.


The property is within walking distance of a Tesco Express, Tesco Extra, gym, KFC, Greggs, Costa etc. and with easy access to the M5. Close to both Gloucester and Cheltenham.

Shared living area has TV with Netflix, Amazon prime, Paramount and Disney+. WiFi and Ethernet in all rooms.

Bathroom is shared with just one other and there is another toilet in the downstairs utility along with washing machine.

Looking for a clean, tidy and respectful housemate to join us. Would suit a professional not working from home with standard daytime working hours.
