Large comfortable room shortly to be available for single occupancy in a professional household a in new build property situated in Brockworth with easy access to Gloucester, Cheltenham, M5, A417 and Gloucester Business Park. Available Mondays to Fridays (Sunday evening arrival may be possible).

This is one of two rooms being let. It is spacious, with desk, office chair, wardrobe, chest of drawers and a storage/display unit. It includes an armchair and a smart TV, so it can be used as a bedroom and sitting room. It offers privacy and security, with its own lock. Bills, internet, bedding & towels included.

The bathroom has a large shower cubicle and is separate from the home-owner’s. There is shared use of the kitchen / dining area there is an additional fridge and freezer for you to use.

There is easy road-side parking or parking outside the garage if we park carefully. Bus stops are within about 10 minutes and have a very frequent service to Cheltenham and Gloucester. By car it’s about 15 minutes to Cheltenham, 10 minutes to Gloucester, 5 minutes to Tesco and also has easy access to the M5. On foot, it’s about a 10-minute walk to local shops.

The home owner aims to provide a friendly quiet house for professionals Mondays to Fridays. Belongings may be left over the weekend if desired.
