Shared living area has recently been renovated - new kitchen with two ovens, 5 ring hob, dishwasher, wine fridge, microwave, Ninja multi-cooker and breakfast bar. TV with Netflix, Amazon prime, Paramount and Disney+.

Bathroom is shared with just one other and there is another toilet in the downstairs utility along with washing machine.

Garden patio and outdoor furniture for when the sun is out.

Garage available for storage and plenty of parking at the front of the property, off the street.

The room is available from the start of April.
