Hi, I'm a wfh marketing manager for tech companies looking for someone professional and friendly to rent my spare room. The house is very close to the No.10 bus route, great access to the 417 and M5 and has a nice garden and bbq you'd be welcome to use. I'm happy to consider a dog or cat living here too and Mon-Fri or 7 days a week works for me. I like to cook, watch drama on TV and chat with friends as well as a few other hobbies.
