Lovely double room with plenty of natural light to rent in Cam. It's close to the local shops and buses. Very nice and quiet neighbourhood. There is plenty of green areas near by for someone who likes nature and long walks. There is plenty of parkig space along the street and one parking space on the driveway available. Kitchen, dining area and bathroom are shared. The property has a garden. I am easy going live in landlord and I am looking for a female tenant only, must be respectful and tidy and also animal lover as I have three little dogs. No home office please.
