Two Bedroom Annex with Countryside Views

Peaceful and private ground floor annex to a large detached family home with garden views over open fields. There are 2 large double bedrooms and the sitting/dining room looks across the garden (which often has visiting squirrels and deer). There are at least two possible spaces for working from home.
A private entrance leads onto a pathway between the parking area and the rear garden and you are welcome to use an area of the garden with a table and chairs provided for your use.
Offering driveway parking for up to 2 cars, the annex currently has a King sized bed in each of the two large double bedrooms. However, this could be varied, for example by providing a single bed, a cot or twin beds for one of the rooms, if preferred.
There is a newly installed bathroom, with a bath and shower over it, and a small kitchen, with fridge, toaster, microwave and washer/drier.
A door divides the annex from the rest of our family space and offers complete privacy. As it is normally part of our family home, it is set up to be comfortable.
We are happy to welcome a couple or 2 friends sharing or up to 2 adults with one child or baby.
Utilities are separately metered and will be charged as used. Although a very quiet, semi-rural area, it is about 15 minutes’ walk to Cheltenham High Street and close to the A40 and the Sixways’ shops, cafes and pubs.
