Immaculate 3 bedroom, Victorian terraced house in the victorian part of Fairview, with courtyard garden. Sharing with owner and lovely dog, Harvey.

You would enjoy a good sized double Bedroom with plenty of storage, bathroom and there is an Office area with log fire and again, plenty of room for storage. Plus comfortable lounge also with log stove.

This accommodation has a total of 8 rooms, so it is easy to enjoy personal space.

Large shed for bike storage.

Smoking is restricted to the conservatory/outside, I keep trying to give up! My dog is a Lurcher, just 2 years old, very friendly and obedient. I enjoy some socialising, walking, avid reader and I enjoy travel, particularly the coast. I love a glass of wine or two with friends but also appreciate a quiet time at home. I am a considerate person who will respect your space.
