Located backing onto Pittville Park, with lovely views of the boating lake. The High Street is 5/6 minutes away and town centre (Boots corner) is a 10 minute walk. Pittville swimming pool/gym and the cinema complex are 5 mins walk away too. Parking is on street by permit.

The room is furnished with a bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers, bedside unit and computer desk. Shared lounge, kitchen (cooker, microwave, freezer, 2 fridges and washing machine). There is a bathroom with wc and separate shower, another separate wc and a small, but pleasant garden, overlooking the park, suitable for barbecues.

All bills, council tax, smart TV and a WiFi broadband connection are included in the rent. Permit parking is extra.
