All bills are inclusive and this room includes a roadside parking permit if required.

We have a beautiful open garden space spanning around 80ft complete with a gas BBQ area, pond, and plenty of space to socialize, and a small area for smoking outside the house.

Local transport facilities:
Only a 20 min walk to town center and 3 mins to Cheltenham Spa train station along with your usual bus services opposite the house (they go into town centre aswell).
