Completely Private Ground floor Annexe with separate entrance in quiet neighbourhood with driveway parking. The Annexe is attached to the main house. Safe neighbourhood. Parking on driveway beside the entrance to the Annexe.
The annexe has a king sized bed, a sofa for relaxing and a smart tv. The kitchenette provides, kettle, toaster, microwave and all kitchen equipment with bar stools at an eating area or could be used as a computer area. There is an Ensuite Shower Room.
Wifi is included with bills and bedding is provided. The annexe will be cleaned regularly.

Weekly bookings can be considered on request if appropriate, but no rental for anyone who wants a permanent place.
The perfect tenant is one who has a home elsewhere.
