The house is located on a quiet private road just 100 metres from a park and 3 mins walk to the Wheatsheaf, my friendly local. . It’s also a 20 min walk/6 min bike ride to the centre of town or Bath rd.. Parking is always available . This is a clean, tidy house with considerate and thoughtful occupants. If that’ appeals to you my home would be perfect. The house has a large comfortable lodgers’ living room with a huge Tv with Netflix. The Live in Owner has a separate floor with en-suite as well as their own separate living room and is very chilled out
There is a wonderful large garden with outdoor furniture /hammocks for all to enjoy The house has a table tennis table, pool table and darts board for al the household to use. Finally fyi a pretty cat called Misty lives
