Landlady lives in and uses the rooms on the first floor.

The rent includes all bills, council tax and use of all facilities (wi-fi, washing machine, drier, cooker, fridge freezer, air fryer, use of all kitchen equipment, crockery, etc.) You will have your own fridge and cupboard in the kitchen.
The house is situated very conveniently for local shops on the popular Bath Rd, train station, hospital and the town centre (a 20 minute walk away). One can also access countryside easily. It is in a quiet and peaceful area.
You will be the only lodger in the house. I am looking for someone sensible, pleasant and who is in full employment and goes out to work. Mature students are welcome.
