Hi all, I’m looking for one lovely girl to move in to my all female house. This house is a friendly, homely and relaxed environment and now available to another girl looking for a homely vibe and nice, sociable housemates.
The girls in the house enjoy gymming, running, watching films and series together, and can generally be up for anything. We're looking for girls who want to be a part of a home, not just renting a room, equally there is no pressure if you’ve had a stressful day and just want to tuck yourself away in your room. If you're looking for more of a home vibe then this is the room for you!

An important thing to note is that this house also homes a 2 year old golden retriever, she is well trained and extremely cute and friendly. So ideally you would be a dog lover too! (See Photo attached)

Remote working:
I am fine with remote working, there is also an office upstairs, set up with a desk and office chair which you can have access to.

Bedroom 1: (The Green room) £650 (ALL BILLS INCLUDED and some household amenities included)

Bedroom 2 is a first floor room, it has included a wardrobe, double bed, bedside table, bedside lamp, large circle mirror.

Bedroom 3 - Occupied by a 32 year old female, friendly, sociable and very chilled. Hobbies include going to the gym, travelling, socialising and loves dogs and coffee.

Bedroom 1 - Occupied by a 25 year old female, friendly, sociable and also very chilled (there's a theme in this house). Hobbies include running, baking & tennis.

All bedrooms come with off road car parking spaces, 2 spaces outside the house on the drive way and one space in the car park to the left of the house (only a few meters away).

The house has subscriptions for toilet paper, dishwasher tablets, washing machine tablets, washing up liquid and multi-purpose spray so £10 of your rent is to cover these subscriptions.

Communal areas:
The communal areas include the open plan kitchen-living-dining room, bathroom and garden. There is also a utility cupboard under the stairs with a washing machine, washing line in the garden and a heated drying rack available for use inside.

One storage basket is available for each bedroom in the bathroom so you don’t have to keep your toiletries in your room. All communal areas are kept clean, I tend to give the bathroom a weekly clean and kitchen is given some attention everyday to keep it nice for everyone in the house.
Kitchen appliances included are toaster, kettle, microwave and there is also a filter coffee machine, not owned by me but Jess won't mind you using it.

If you find any problems in the house, I am still local so it won't take me long to sort it.
