Upstairs room in a quiet house with double bed with sofa and desk, office chair and a built-in wardrobe. Access to secluded rear garden. Plenty of on-street free parking and only five minutes walk to Cheltenham railway station.

Please note that the property does not have a shared lounge area. The current housemates are independent, considerate, and take pride in keeping the shared spaces clean and tidy. The kitchen is always left clear after use, and we ask all tenants to maintain the same standard. The bathroom is shared with two male housemates. Everyone currently makes an effort to leave the bathroom clean and tidy for the next person, and we are looking for someone who is happy to follow the same approach so that the shared spaces remain pleasant for everyone.
