Great friendly atmosphere in the house with mature professionals. 25 to 39 years old. Different nationalities. All sharers keep the place very clean and only want a similar mature minded person.

For short-term let, there will be an uplift of £220 per week or if booked monthly short-term, £550 per month or alternatively over 3 months booking £440 per month, cleaning is provided.
