The property

It also benefits from a private terrace garden as well as direct access up onto the communal garden. `Decorated & equipped to a high standard.

The bedroom is fully furnished with double bed, chest of draws & double wardrobe. Rent includes all utility bills (WiFi, water, electricity). Council tax is payable monthly (one third = £68)

Parking

There is permit parking available directly in front of the property as well as surrounding streets. A residential permit pass can be added on for an additional cost.

Other

We have a ragdoll cat (she’s very friendly!!) so no other pets allowed, please! No smoking or vaping inside the property.

We are two professional females (aged 29 & 31) living in the apartment, and ideally looking for another professional around the same age. Ideally we're looking for another girl, who is friendly & sociable.
