We're looking for new housemate to move into this awesome home. The entire place has just been refurbished and converted into a 4 bedroom with 4 en-suites house, separate living room, downstairs WC, and eat-in kitchen. There is a garden and we have 1x assigned parking space to rent out but you are allowed to park on the street permit free. Currently the parking in front of the garage is available.

Located on the second floor, this spacious room comes with 2x bedsides tables, a faux leather double ottoman bed (which has storage underneath) a 1.5m mirrored three doors wardrobe and a fantastically large desk with chair.

This bedroom has a luxury bathroom with large shower and basin. The layout of the room would make it perfect to wall mount a TV opposite your bed's headboard.

House:

The house has a large amount of living space considering there are only 4 other housemates. Everyone also has great sized bedrooms with plenty of storage space, and a desk with a chair.

So everyone has their own place to retreat to. There is a cosy kitchen and the lounge comes with a large dining table and four chairs, along with a massive sofa and super nice TV. All of this with views into the lovely garden.

In addition all bedrooms have their own bathrooms and there is also a ground floor WC/toilet for guests. In summer you walk into the garden directly from the lounge and can work from home in the garden (when there's nice weather) :)

We have supplied 70Mbps business broadband and made sure that there is superior WIFI signal throughout the house by having the router on the 1st floor.

Cheltenham has an amazing city centre and there are regular events. The house is a short walk from nearby shops, and restaurants although the larger shops are a drive away (5 minutes). The property is close to the motorway and is ideal for either commuting or for working at GCHQ.

We are a very small portfolio landlord who own a handful of shared houses in Cheltenham. Our houses are looked after to the highest of standards and things are fixed promptly. All houses have a fortnightly cleaner that visits and once in a while gardening services are carried out free of charge albeit on a day-to-day basis the tenants are responsible for the garden.
