There is a patio garden that opens to your private garden area,
You also have your own entrance to the side of the house.
The shared kitchen is off the corridor and shared with 4 others.
You also have your additional cupboard space in the corridor, there're 2 fridges in the kitchen and plenty of cupboard space.

Ideal for somebody who enjoys their privacy and peace and quiet.
The garden includes a storage shed.
Gardening is managed by the landlord and there is also separate large communal garden.

The size is approximately 3m x 3m in addition it has an alcove with a deep IKEA wardrobe (floor to ceiling).
You share ONLY the utility room and kitchen with 4 other tenants. The other tenants have their own bathrooms and front door.

All bills included gas, electricity, council tax, water rates, and broadband. One exception is the tumble dryer which is optional as it is metered.

We have sectioned off the private patio area and laid an artificial lawn. The patio area is partly covered by a retractable awning shade.

Depending on your needs, we will provide a small sofa, or chair and desk and single or double bed. Furniture purchased mainly from IKEA.

This room has its own entrance separate from the main house. Therefore, you are sharing only the kitchen and the washing area. However, please note the other tenants do use the corridor to get to the utility area.

Tenants have chosen this house because it is quiet and clean and tidy and there's strict guidelines on leaving the kitchen clean and clear for the next person.

The house is 20 walking minutes to Cheltenham Town Centre & Cheltenham Spa rail station or GCHQ. Tesco Superstore is only a 10 minutes walk away. The area is also served by a regular bus service into the town centre.

There is plenty of parking in the street and it's not chargeable.
