Double Room- Modern Townhouse- Central Cheltenham

Hey, i've recently moved into my 3 bedroom townhouse in central Cheltenham. It's a great location being right in the center but remains peaceful and secluded as is set back in a gated Mews

I am looking for a mid to long term house mate to come and make it their home too, and happy for them to make their mark on the place. I'm yet to finish decorating/personalising the place so plenty of opportunity for ideas.

The room sits on the first floor and is a large double that will have mostly exclusive access to the modern main bathroom other than when we would have guests.

The room is partially furnished with an existing Bed/mattress, a desk can also be provided, or equally happy for someone to bring their own furnishings.

Nice size garden I plan to renovate in time for summer to create a nice, low maintenance garden perfect for BBQs and evenings.

I am an active 32 year old male and have been in Cheltenham for 5 years now. I work reasonably long hours at a local Aerospace company.
