The house is arranged over 3 floors with brand new furniture, fittings and decorations throughout.

There is a spacious kitchen & breakfast bar with TV and multiple fridge freezers, dishwasher, washer and drier.

Fibre broadband/wifi and all other bills are included in the price (TV Licence, gas, electricity, water, council tax, building insurance).
We also put a cleaner into the property every two weeks to maintain the communal areas and a gardener to keep the lawn tidy.

Outside there is a car port & driveway as well as cycle store.

The price shown is for single occupancy. I can accept couples for an additional £75 per month (total £1025 per month)
