Room 3 is a large double with built in mirror sliding wardrobes and desk space. The room shares a bathroom with room 3 and 4

Currently the property is occupied by three girls all who have been there this last year and get on well! They have met each other whilst living at the property. The room has become available as Laura has got a new job in Bristol ☺️

All bedrooms come with off road parking, there is a space for a car in the drive way and ample of spaces on the road.

The house has subscriptions for toilet paper, dishwasher tablets, washing up liquid and multipurpose spray, so £20 of your rent is covering these subscriptions.

Communal areas
The communal areas include the open plan kitchen living dining area, downstairs loo and garden. There is also a pantry under the stairs for space for food and other bits.

All communal areas are kept clean with the use of a cleaner on a fortnightly basis. Kitchen appliances include, toaster, kettle, microwave and gas hob& oven.

If you find any problems in the house, I have friends and family local to help sort it out.
