The house is right in the centre of Cheltenham, on a private road. It is a very short walk to the highstreet, Monpellier, Pitville park and Tivoli. You can walk to the train station in 20 minutes and cycle in 5.

Bills are included.

At the moment there is parking in a private car park, and there is also the option to get residential street parking.

This is a two bed house, with two bathrooms, a shared lounge, fully fitted kitchen, basement with two desks so working from home is an option, and a patio area.

The double bedroom on offer has plenty of storage with a wardrobe and open clothes rail. All decorations will be removed from the room in the pictures. There will be a double bed, mattress, wardrobe, chest of drawers and clothes rack left in the room.

Most importantly a cat lives here, so it is essential that you are a cat lover.

We are looking for someone who is sociable, kind, tidy, animal lover, and has general good vibes.

I am moving out at the end of March 25, so the room will be available at the start of April.
