The property is located in the centre of Winchcombe, a picturesque Cotswold village a short distance from the centre of Cheltenham. The house itself is set back from the main street and remains secluded and very private. The room and kitchen are in the modern extension to a more traditional cottage.

Supermarkets (Morrisons, Co-op), bus stops, pubs and restaurants are all within easy walking distance from the property. There is a parking space available on my drive most days, and also an easily accessible car park within walking distance (2 minutes).

This property would suit a professional person working locally or in and around Cheltenham, which is only a short distance from Winchcombe. It is also within easy travel distance of Tewkesbury and Evesham.

I am a retired live-in landlord, recently returned to the UK after 10 years of working and travelling abroad. I love company and having a chat, but am also keen to preserve some privacy for myself and a lodger.
