A double room with en-suite available from 16th February 2026. The room has basic furniture and built-in hanging space for clothes. There is a large shared kitchen with dining/sitting area.

Although the property is in the centre of Winchcombe, the house itself remains secluded and very private. There are two small supermarkets (Morrisons, Co-op), bus stops, pubs and restaurants all within easy walking distance. There is a parking space available on my drive most days, and also an easily accessible car park within walking distance (2 minutes).

This property would suit a professional person working locally or in and around Cheltenham, which is only a short distance from Winchcombe.

I am a retired live-in landlord, recently returned to the UK after 10 years of working and travelling abroad.

Short rentals will be charged at £200 pw & with a deposit of £400.
