Large Room in Student HMO – Bills Included

Due to a change in circumstances, I'm looking for a replacement tenant for my room in a student only HMO. The contract runs from 1st July 2026 to 30th June 2027. The tenants are close friends of mine and are a really fun and open minded group of people, so you'll have no problem fitting in!

Superb house completely refurbished in Summer 2019. Very large open plan kitchen and lounge for socialising, with Virgin Media broadband included in the rent. It is very spacious with 2 bathrooms and 5 bedrooms and within 5 minutes walking distance of FCH and Tesco. The new quality kitchen was fitted in summer 2019 and includes a washing machine, dishwasher and tumble dryer. There are Double beds in each room and a 42" Freeview HD TV in the lounge. There are two bathrooms with shower and toilet plus there is a bath.

All utilities included in the rent - gas, electricity, water, broadband and TV licence. Outside there is a large garden with picnic table suitable for BBQ's. There is plenty of free off road parking a few streets away (about a 10 minute walk) or there are two Parking Permits available on the road outside the house, for those who drive.

Park Campus is a 30 minute walk away and Harwick Campus is only a 3 minute walk away. The town centre is only a 10 minute walk away, and there plenty of student jobs available for those interested.
