- The bedroom
We’re looking for someone to rent out our spare bedroom. With a private garden, an unofficial parking space, washer and dryer, large wardrobe and large bedroom, comes furnished
All bills are included, for an extra £20 per month a cleaner can also be hired for a few hours a week
Our room is on the top floor and the spare room is on the middle floor so things are more private
Please note we also have 2 sugar gliders (who stay in their own room) and a cat (who roams through the house)
We are open to you having a pet so long as they are confined to your room, such as smaller animals
Room is available from 1st July 2026 but this date is flexible so just let us know.
Long stay is preferred but we are happy with short stays too
