Double Bedroom with Private Bathroom

A flat share with myself and my cat Mia.

A Double bedroom which has been recently decorated with built in double wardrobe and drawers. the room features two windows which look out to a sunset view. Very light and spacious room.

The bathroom is currently being redecorated with new flooring and tiles. The bathroom includes a shower over the bath.

The kitchen is shared with myself which includes all the amenities such as a washer dryer and dishwasher etc. There will be allocated cupboard and fridge freezer space.

The living room is shared with myself.

The flat is on the second floor (top floor) located in the court yard. It is very secure with a buzz in entrance to get into the building. The flat is very close to GCHQ and next to Gloucestershire College. There are shops, pharmacy, dentist and doctors within a 6min walk. Cheltenham Train Station is a 25min walk, and It is also a 5min drive to the M5 (J11)

My cat Mia is a 8yr old indoor cat. She is very nervous and shy. She mainly sleeps in my room and she also eats in my room.
