Double room available in house near town centre

Hi, I’m Brogan, I run my own dog training and walking business and I’m looking for a friendly, easy going housemate to share my home with.

The house is warm, well looked after and has a great feel to it. It has a large living/dining area, a decent sized kitchen with dishwasher, fridge freezer and washing machine, a good sized bathroom with both bath and shower, a lovely well kept garden, and a converted loft room which can be used as a snug or extra storage. It’s also really conveniently located close to Cheltenham town centre (about 10 minutes on foot). There is permit parking available.

I have two very well behaved Spaniels who live in the house - a must know if you’re considering moving in, but brilliant company if you’re a dog lover!

I’m ideally looking for someone to move in at the beginning of August, though this is flexible.

Rent is £600 per month (around £750-800 inclusive of bills) and the deposit is £750.
