Looking for a housemate in end of terrace house

Hi all,

PLEASE NOTE THE RENT IS DIVIDED BY 2 SO IS £647.50 PER MONTH BUT SPARE ROOM WOULD NOT LET ME USE THIS FIGURE AS IT IS LOWER THAN THE DEPOSIT.

With bills on top it’s usually around £845 total each per month.

I am looking for a housemate to move in to the second bedroom.

There is also a converted loft room which can be used as a snug or for storage.

The bathroom is a decent size with bath and shower, there is a large living/dining area, a decent sized kitchen with a dishwasher, fridge & washing machine and a lovely well kept garden. All located conveniently close to the town centre.

I run my own dog training & walking business and I have 2 very well behaved Spaniels who live in the house.

I’m looking for someone to move in either on or before 20th July but we can discuss this when we meet.
