We're looking for a quiet, considerate professional who would like to lodge in our Regency house in central Cheltenham.
We have a very large super king size bedroom approximately double the size of many "double" rooms that're available. The room also benefits from huge sash windows which get plenty of light.
There is a decent sized kitchen which has been kitted out with some hiqh quality appliances such as a Sage 10-1 (Grill, Roast, Air Fryer etc) which the lodger will have almost exclusive access of as we have another kitchen upstairs.
The lodger will also have access to a dedicated toilet/shower as well access to a communal toilet/shower - no getting stuck waiting for someone to finish showering.
Parking permit available if required, we have super fast internet & the house is about two minutes walk from the high street - close to town without all the noise.
