2 rooms going in cosy central house share

Downstairs Bedroom

We are looking for a housemate to replace 2 housemates leaving our house-share in and around October/November time. We live in a cute and cosy terraced house in a very central area of Cheltenham. It is close to shops, buses and trains and there is parking on the street (for one car other than mine).

The rooms available are:
1x downstairs (larger) and 1x upstairs (smaller). Both can be furnished or unfurnished depending on your preference. The downstairs bedroom has plenty of storage. Both are double rooms and there is storage throughout the rest of the house that can be used (landing and in sitting room, and also the basement). There is one bathroom in the house which is shared. Price will be based on room size as it is currently.

We would like to live with someone who is clean/tidy, respectful and environmentally friendly. Pets are negotiable with the landlord.

Students or professionals are welcome, currently we split the council tax across all of us but if you are a student, we don't expect you to do that. We are band B for council tax so we pay around £50 a month each for that, and currently £60-90 month for the rest of the bills including wi-fi and is dependent on usage. We don't have a TV so we don't pay for a license, but we do have a projector that can be used for watching films or streaming TV shows.

Couples are welcome, but you would be expected to pay for a room each as there isn't capacity for 4 housemates in this house. There are a total of 3 bedrooms, 2 of which are available around November time.
