House share with allocated parking

I'm currently renting a house in the Up Hatherley area of Cheltenham and am looking for someone to help split thw bills with. I'm in full time employed and out of the house Monday to Friday 7am - 5pm, and occasionally working away for multiple days/ weeks per month.

The house has two allocated parking spaces, one that is use and another approximately 20 yards from the property.

I have been here for three months and know the area well. It's quiet, the neighbours are friendly, and is within a 25 minute walk from Cheltenham Town centre.

I'm looking for someone who is laid back, easy going and also shares my standards when it comes to cleaning up after yourself.

The room has a small built in wardrobe, space for a double bed and chest of drawers.
The house itself has a spacious living room, conservatory, small garden, some loft storage available, and a large fridge freezer - so no need to fight over space im the fridge for food.
