The house has a spacious living area and a lovely garden, making it a great place to relax after work. Private parking is available on the property, which is a real bonus if you have a car.

The location is really convenient, with the town centre and train station both around a 10-minute walk away. There's also a gym and a Tesco superstore just across the street.

I'm looking for someone considerate, clean and easygoing who would enjoy sharing a comfortable home.

Couples are welcome, with household bills shared between the three occupants.

The new housemate will be subject to referencing and approval by the letting agent before being added to the tenancy agreement.
