The kitchen opens to a garden room and raised decking to a 20 metre south west facing garden. The house has central heating, and permit parking (£2 / week) is on the road in front of the house.

Local amenities a short walk away include top quality chippy, Tesco Metro, Dominoes and several coffee shops. It's a 20 minute walk or only 8 minutes cycle to town via the Honeybourne Line or by D or E bus and a short drive to the M5 and GCHQ. Nearest decent pubs are the Lansdown or in Montpellier and the amazing Deya Brewery around the corner and new Steam and Whistle pub up the road.
