Housemate/s wanted for house in easy reach of town but also near to Pittville Park, racecourse (if you like walking), with good access to M5. 4 bedroom house - myself (the homeowner) and a friendly labradoodle, looking for 1 person to complete the household.

House has all mod cons, including a dishwasher. There are 2 lounge areas (one in open plan area and second as a separate lounge), so set up to allow us all to be social, but also let each other have down time separately.

Would consider a Mon-Fri let at a discounted price.

The house has 3 toilets (2 upstairs and a cloakroom downstairs). There are 2 bathrooms upstairs, so plenty of room for 2-3 people.

I work some days from home as a therapist (NHS), therefore am looking for someone who works office based. Week days after work are about walking the dog, relaxing and the gym, then socialising on a weekend. This would suit someone who likes a similar pattern, rather than someone who prefers to regularly socialise later on weekdays. The home space would suit someone who values something tidy, with some nice plants etc and enjoys a garden.
