Females/LGBTQ+ preferred please as this is currently a female household. There are three bedrooms with three private bathrooms. You will have your own private single bedroom on the second floor overlooking the garden, with a private bathroom with shower and bathtub, both have been recently renovated, as has the kitchen. There is a small landing space with skylight just outside the room that is yours to use as an office space or otherwise (pictured).

This can come furnished or unfurnished - furnishings include a single bed and frame, dresser, a lamp and mirror, and calf skin rug.

This is a quiet property with garden ideal for a single student or professional. All bills included. I will also consider well behaved dogs as there is a private garden perfect for them. No cats please.

I work part time in London and part time from this property, the other tenant works in a neighbouring village.
