Large ensuite room in quiet detached family house

The room with its own bathroom is on the top floor of our three storey, clean and quiet, 5 bedroom family house. Most of the time it's just me at home (with one older child occasionally returning from uni) therefore it offers a lot of privacy. The room is approx 5.5m x 3.5m and is furnished with a king size bed, two chests of drawers, two bedside cabinets, wardrobe, old leather reclining chair with footstall and there would still be room for a desk (its a good sized room!). The bathroom which is for the sole use of the lodger has a bath, powerful shower, wc, basin and heated towel rail The property is located on the edge of the town next to open countryside but is just a few minutes walk from the town itself. Open to all - UK or international - over the years (since 2013) we've had people staying from Hungary, Bulgaria, Spain, Bangladesh, Mozambique, Turkey and Zimbabwe (as well as the UK).
