Parking available at top of the cul-de-sac. Small garden.
I have another room which I let - and currently have a young male professional tenant who has been with me for 15 months. He is also a Monday - Friday let.
My lodgers have always been Monday - Friday and typically work at British Aerospace / MOD - which are all near by.
We all got on really well - and it's a very friendly, sociable household.
I have two very normal cats that spend most of their time outdoors.
