Mature student needs housemate

My last child is leaving home and I need to find someone to live in the house to help share costs and for company. I live in a detached Cotswold’s stone property in a small village, so a car is essential. There is a big garden and lots of beautiful countryside around me. The room is a double with shared bathroom. It’s an old house so lots of character but also can be cold in the winter. My daughter is still in the room right now but will be leaving in September
I am a full time student so out for days a week but home evenings and weekends. I will be studying a lot so need the house to be relatively peaceful most of the time. I do have a dog and a cat so needs to be someone who is happy around them too. I’m pretty quiet but do like the occasional glass of wine and dance in the kitchen. I like to cook and make potions out of herbs from my garden and the hedge.
