The Garden Room

A beautiful cabin set on a residential farm in a rural location close to Tewkesbury, Gloucester and Cheltenham. Lovely location for walks, cycling and to enjoy the surrounding areas.

The space
The cabin is a perfect place to stay for a professional person looking for a relaxing and comfortable base when away on business. The cabin has an open plan kitchen and lounge. The kitchen is equipped with an electric oven, gas hob, microwave and a small fridge freezer.

Fully furnished throughout with a sofa, smart TV and a table and chairs for 2 people to eat or work from. There is also a small woodburner and a washing machine.

Off the lounge area is the bathroom which has a shower, sink, toilet and a heated towel rail.

The bedroom is separate to the main room and has a double bed. There is also a double wardrobe and 2 bedside tables.

Each window looks out on to a large garden area and fruit trees.

Bedding and towels will be provided if required. The cabin is fitted with a smoke alarm and carbon monoxide alarm. Wi-fi is included in the cost

The outside area
The cabin is set in a large lawned garden behind our family home. The garden area is for viewing rather than use and this will therefore be maintained by ourselves.
There is there is a small gravel seating area to one side of the cabin where you can sit and enjoy dining and having a drink al fresco.

The garden room is next to the small DIY livery yard that we run. There are approximately 15 horses that are stabled in the yard and out in the surrounding fields.

Access to The Cabin
Access to the cabin is via a farm track from the lane into the main farmyard. Parking is next to one of the stables in the yard and access to the cabin is over the small wooden bridge which leads on to a gravel area around the cabin.

Bills
The monthly rent includes wifi, water and £20 worth of gas and £20 worth of electricity. Any gas and elec used over this per month would be payable by the tenant.
