Room to let in Shared House Dursley

I am looking for someone to share a nice 3 storey Georgian house that I have renovated in the centre of Dursley.

The house is a decent size and has been recently renovated. but is not huge. The bedroom is on the 1st floor and has a built in shower. The other bathroom and kitchen on the ground floor. My bedroom is on the top floor/attic. There is a living room on the ground floor, which is quite small and there is a garden to the front of the house, with a patio that gets evening sun. Access is around the back and front. It is inclusive of bills including broadband.

I am quite easy going and would like someone who has also an easy nature, who would enjoy living in the property, while respecting the boundaries of the shared arrangement. there is a friendly cat who lives next door but comes in most days . parking is shared there are a few places but its whoever gets it first, but there is a car park near which can be used .

Dursley is 25 miles from Bristol and 14 miles from Gloucester, it has good transport links and several supermarkets and modern Leisure Centre.
