The attic room will be let out to another female tenant, and the home owner will be resident for some of the time too.
There is a small but pretty garden with seating and is a pleasant place to sit in the warmer months.
Bills such as energy, wi-fi, water and council tax are covered in the monthly rent. Parking is available in the public car park opposite the house.
Dursley is a good location for access to the M5 motorway and there is a train station nearby at Cam. It also has good pubs, restaurants, a leisure centre with swimming pool, supermarket, library and local independent shops which are all within easy walking distance of this address.
This home would be suitable for a single professional lady who is comfortable with the ambience of an old house, and happy to share some space with another tenant and from time to time with the owner too.
