This is a good sized comfortable double bedroom in a friendly shared house. It has a double bed, a large wardrobe, desk, chair and chest of drawers. The room has a large under stairs storage.
The room and house have excellent Superfast WiFi. and Virgin TV package.
There is a fully equipped kitchen/diner with a washing machine, microwave, cooker and two fridge freezers. The house has a sunny garden with patio and bike storage.
There is also small spare room for use by housemates which has a desk, chair and double wardrobe. This is used by everyone for drying clothes and storage. It is also useful for WfH.
All bills including council tax are included - TV/broadband, all utilities - gas, electric and water.
The Filton location has excellent transport links - very close to Abbey Wood, MoD, UWE, British Aerospace and Southmead Hospital. Also good for Bristol town centre, Cribbs, Aztec West and motorway access.
