The house has front and back gardens and is located very close to local shops and supermarkets. Transport links are great with buses to the city centre every 10 mins and the Filton Abbeywood train station 8 mins walking distance.
The house also has unlimited wireless broadband.
The room is available for £775 including all bills (electricity, gas, water, council tax and Wi-Fi) for a new friend whom we can trust and would call it home. We are looking for a strictly non-smoking professional.
