Check out our spacious house with six large double rooms. We are currently looking for a new housemate to move into one of the available double rooms.

The well-equipped modern kitchen and dining area is perfect for socialising and cooking meals. The kitchen features a gas hob and electric oven, microwave, dishwasher, large fridge freezer, and additional under-counter fridge and freezer. The dining area has bar stools and a flat-screen smart HD TV, while the Snug has comfy leather chairs and an additional TV.

We also provide a washing machine and tumble dryer, as well as full gas central heating and double glazing throughout the house. The house has one bathroom, a WC, and a shower room, which are shared by all housemates. A fortnightly cleaner is included in the rent for the communal areas.

The rent includes gas, electricity, water, council tax, TV license for communal areas, and fast Virgin Business 350Mb fibre broadband. A deposit of equal value to one month's rent is required, and there are no fees.

Our location is ideal for professionals, as we are located just around the corner from Filton Avenue, which is convenient for Airbus, Rolls Royce, MOD, Abbey Wood, BAE Systems, Aviva, UWE, Cribbs Causeway, Aztec West, Southmead Hospital, and more. There are also nearby bus stops that provide transportation to the city center, which is only 25 minutes away. Asda and Sainsbury's are a short walk away, along with Nandos, McDonalds, Matalan, KFC, and Costa. Filton Leisure Centre is located a short walk away as well.
