A double bedroom will become available in a 4 bedroom house in Filton. The room is a bright, decent sized double & is furnished.
The house has a shared bathroom & kitchen. There is a garden to the rear with a patio area for communal use during the warmer months. There are 3 parking spaces on the driveway on a first come first serve basis. There is additional parking on the surrounding streets.
There is a cleaner for the communal areas every 2 weeks. You are responsible for the cleaning of your room.
