Our housemate Tyler is moving away to the Czech Republic so we are looking for a new housemate to join us in this house in Filton.
Very close to Airbus/Rolls Royce/Cribbs Causeway/UWE Frenchay.
The room itself is spacious and has a ton of natural light and comes with a double bed, desk, a small closet and a wardrobe.
Together we share a big garden, big kitchen, big front drive that will fit 2, sometimes 3 cars, relatively small living room, and a bath room.
We are a friendly bunch, who enjoy hanging out but also keep to ourselves (just 3 introverts with extroverted tendencies)
The rent for the room is £605 a month (WiFi included), council tax is £45.50 per person, bills are £84 a month.
