Myself and my housemate are looking for a third student to join our house in Filton for the upcoming academic year. The house is a short walk from UWE Frenchay Campus and close to supermarkets, bus routes, and other local amenities.
The property is fully furnished and managed by Bristol Residential Letting Co. The available room is a furnished double bedroom with plenty of storage space. The house includes 1 bathroom, a shared living room, kitchen, and garden.
We are both current UWE students and have lived here for the past academic year, enjoying both the house and location. We're looking for a friendly, tidy, and respectful student to join us.
