Two spacious, bright double rooms available in a clean, modern and recently refurbished home in the BS34 8LT area. Both rooms are furnished with king-size beds, curtains and plenty of fitted wardrobe/storage space.

Room 1 – £750 pcm
A very spacious double room with a king-size bed, lots of fitted wardrobe space and plenty of floor space. There’s room for additional furniture or a desk while still keeping the room feeling open and comfortable.

Room 2 – £700 pcm
A comfortable and spacious double room, also with a king-size bed and plenty of fitted wardrobe/storage space. Photos of this room will be added shortly once everything is ready.

Both rooms also come with curtains. These aren’t shown in the current photos as the pictures were taken before the curtains were fitted.

The property has been recently refurbished throughout and has a modern fitted kitchen with plenty of cupboard and worktop space, as well as a separate shared living/dining room with a sofa and dining area — giving you somewhere to relax and eat outside of your bedroom.

There is also a modern bathroom with a bath and rainfall shower, as well as garden access.

All bills are included in the rent, including Wi-Fi.

The house is in a convenient location with good bus links to UWE, Cribbs Causeway and Bristol city centre, with bus stops just outside the house. On-street parking is also available. There is a driveway at the property, but this is not included with the rooms.

I’m looking for clean, respectful and considerate housemates who will treat the property like their own home. The house is kept on a clean-as-you-go basis, particularly in shared areas such as the kitchen and bathroom, so everyone can enjoy a clean, tidy and comfortable home.

Couples are welcome, with an additional £100 per month for couple occupancy.

To move in, one month’s rent is required upfront plus a security deposit.
