Small double room Horfield

Hey,

I have a small double room available in my house, looking for a female, professionals/post grads ages around 23-36. I’m hoping to get someone for around a 4-6 month stay initially but can be flexible with this so please enquire anyway!

Area is Horfield on Filton Avenue/BS34
-20 min walk to UWE and 40 mins by bus to UOB. The bus stop is a 2 minute walk from the house. It is also ideally located an 8 minute walk to Filton Abbey Wood station where the next stop is Temple Meads.

The room is a small double room, and there will be a small double bed by the time of move in. It also has lots of storage and a desk with light up mirror.

The house has a driveway with lots of parking and a large back garden. There is a washing machine and a tumble dryer for your use.

A bit about me: I am a 32 year old old professional working hybrid 4 days a week (8-6pm). I enjoy the gym, going out for food and walking with my very friendly dog Gigi. Must be okay with dogs as Gigi will be in the house at all times. Looking for someone who is friendly and would like kitchen catch ups as well as valuing each others space.

The room is £600pcm including all bills and parking.
