What do you need to know?

We are experienced Landlords with a streamlined, paper free process
We use an external referencing company for all applicants to ensure they are a great fit!
Holding deposit of one week’s rent (deducted from move in total subject to successful referencing and tenancy)
One month’s rent in advance
Deposits lodged with the DPS or Reposit.
