There are many shared amenities including a large converted attic, a large kitchen diner where people often congregate and share meals, a conservatory, a walled town garden with patio, a separate utility room with a fridge for each occupant and two bathrooms. For those moving to Gloucester the house is a five minute walk across Gloucester park to either the Quays or the town centre. Bus and train stations are 10 minutes away. The house is double glazed throughout and the central heating has recently been renewed so it’s nice and cosy in the winter. The other tenants are friendly and helpful.
In addition we now have a home office for those of you that need to work from home equipped with 5g fibre broadband. All the other ladies work full time and new occupants will need to do likewise.
